Fireworks after the Game
Watch the Charleston sky light up with a post game fireworks show! Charleston RiverDogs play the Myrtle Beach Pelicans at home at 6:35pm with fireworks after the game.
PLUS a Patriotic Concert & Fireworks show on June 28th at 8pm. Special holiday concert by the Charleston Symphony Orchestra. After the music, it’s a big fireworks show, sponsored by Charleston Place. The event is free, but you must reserve a ticket in advance on the RiverDogs’ website.
Folly Beach
Friday, July 4th
Fireworks around 9pm
Join us on Friday, July 4, to celebrate Independence Day with one of the biggest and best 4th of July fireworks displays on the East Coast! The show will begin at dusk and will fire from the West side of the island, a few blocks from the pier. Viewing is available from all along the beach and even throughout Center Street.
Goose Creek

City of Goose Creek’s Annual Fabulous 4th in the Creek Celebration. Featuring a fireworks display, live music, and a variety of food vendors and activities for the kids. Admission and parking are free! The fun begins at 6:30pm – make sure to carpool as spaces are limited.
Isle of Palms
Front Beach, Isle of Palms

The Isle of Palms fireworks show takes place in the Front Beach area. The area of the beach between 21st Avenue to 3rd Sea Cabins will close at 6:30 p.m. for the set up and preparation of the Fireworks Display sponsored by the City.
Kiawah Island
Night Heron Park
Friday, July 4th
5pm – 10pm **RESIDENTS ONLY
Join us for a celebration fit for The Sanctuary! Live music, open-air activities and fun for the whole family, including an obstacle course, soccer darts, and games for the kids. The festivities also include a buffet-style menu with all the cookout classics you can eat — burgers, hot dogs, and seafood options — plus your favorite sides. Close out the evening with a 10pm fireworks show!
**This event, as well as gate access during this time, is limited to Kiawah Island guests and residents.
Moncks Corner

Sullivan’s Island

July 4th Parade at 9am – Rain or shine, the day will start with the golf cart and bike parade, which begins at Sunrise Presbyterian Church and ends at Sullivan’s Island Elementary School.
Party in the Park at 6pm – The event will start at 6:00 p.m. Bring a chair or a blanket and get ready for the big show! Music will be provided by the Shem Creek Boogie Band, with fireworks starting shortly after 9pm.
Summerville

Fireworks and Freedom Festival. Join Sip Of The South and Summerville Parks & Recreation for an explosive celebration at our Fireworks & Freedom Festival! Indulge in delicious bites from food trucks and let the kids bounce around in our inflatables, plus live music! Can’t find parking? Shuttles will be running from Town Hall to Gahagan Park between 4:30pm – 10pm. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, and water. Attendees can bring small lunch box-sized personal coolers.

Shem Creek
Patriots Point – Watch from the shoreline near the USS Yorktown. Bring beach chairs & blankets – cars can park for usually $20. **Traffic usually takes about an hour to leave after the fireworks. There will be no landslide activities this 4th of July!

Waterfront Park (downtown Charleston)
Wild Dunes Resort – Join us for primetime viewing of the Isle of Palms’ firework show on the 4th of July right on the beach! Set against the backdrop of the shimmering ocean and soft sandy shores, this exclusive event offers the perfect vantage point for an awe-inspiring experience of fireworks. Ticket ($25 for ages 3+) per beach chair on your own little slice of the beach. Please be aware that the fireworks will be visible only from afar. They are hosted by the City of Isle of Palms, and not by Wild Dunes, which does not host its own fireworks display.
