Every month on the second Sunday, the City of Charleston shuts down King Street, from Queen St. to Calhoun St. from 12pm - 5pm. Walk around and see different vendors, local boutiques, restaurants, and more!

Join @awendawgreen Barn Jams at @seweeoutpost every Wednesday night for live music, food and family fun! The event is BYOB and there are some great food vendors (sandwiches, pizza, quesadillas) but you can also bring your own dinner!

The kids love the playground in the back with the graveyard of ride-on trucks and there was plenty of seating for everyone!

TIP: Bring bug spray and it sometimes gets muddy in the back where the kids play if it’s rained recently.

🇺🇸 Folly Beach | @visitfb  July 4th | Fireworks start at Dusk Fireworks take off from the west side of the island, close to the pier, and can be seen all along the beach and throughout Center Street

🇺🇸 @cityofgoosecreekrecreation Goose Creek (Fabulous Fourth in the Creek) July 4th | 6:30pm - 9:30pm Goose Creek Municipal Center The event will showcase live music, a variety of food vendors and free kids’ activities. Admission and parking are free.

🇺🇸 Isle of Palms | @isleofpalmsrec  July 4th | 6:30pm - 9:30pm Front Beach The Isle of Palms fireworks show takes place in the Front Beach area.

The USCGC Eagle (America’s Tall Ship) is in downtown Charleston for one more day!! 🇺🇸⚓️

June 13th: 10am - 7pm

Tips:
⚓️ Bring water & portable fans (if you have)
⚓️ Closed toe shoes for kids required
⚓️ There are steep stairs so be prepared for climbing up (and down)
⚓️ There is a line, but it went pretty smoothly (half sun / shade)
☀️ It is HOT and tomorrow’s forecast is 95!

You can park right at the Concord Garage and walk over to the dock. Afterwards we headed over to @fleetlanding for lunch (or tons of options on East Bay).
